Every Compass answer is grounded in our sourced library — the book Trisomy 21 in the 21st Century and named clinical guidance — and shows you where it came from.

✓ Verified answer means a person reviewed this exact answer before it reached you. AI-generated answer means it was generated live from the sources shown, checked automatically against them, but not yet reviewed by a person.

Answers are validated against their sources before delivery. If part of an answer can't be verified, we withhold that part and say so. If a whole answer fails the check, you never see it.
